The warm weather gave us an unusual opportunity to enjoy the beach at Carkeek Park in the middle of January. Confession: I love to dig in sand.

We trained you from an early age in Hawaii to dig in the sand, on the beach at Fort Derussey, at Waimea Bay, at Bellows, etc. You had sand between your toes from 10 months of age until you were almost 4 years old, so you are qualified to teach your daughter! Thanks for the great picture. Who took the picture? Robyn or Blaise?

That is a good picture of you and Estella, I wish we had a beach here in Colorado, Its supposed to snow again this weekend =(

It is a joy for us to watch you enjoy the sand with Estella. We always enjoyed it with you. And then we especially enjoyed the incredible sand animals that you created at the ocean here and again in Hawaii, with our family.You are talented!!
