Back on the Saddle

220_2013josh.jpgMy old friend Josh from Colorado visited a couple weeks ago. He got me back on my bike. While he was here we rode close to 90 miles over about five days. Not much if you are riding in the Tour de France, but substantial for me. I have subsequently biked to work about fifty percent of the time over the last three weeks. I feel great and happily remember how much fun biking is. Josh, meanwhile rode a 100 mile mountain bike race this weekend!

It was so nice that you brought josh down so we could say hi to him. It is also neat that you are riding your bike! It will bge nice for you when Corixa is just that much closer, when they move downtown. You will be able to walk to the Market to eat Fresh Dungeness Crab for lunch occasionally. Maybe I will have to come one day and meet you and take you to lunch!
It was great to see you and Robyn and Estella yesterday.
