Happy New Year

We just got back from San Antonio, Texas where we visited Robyn's brother, sister-in-law and kids. The weather was suprisingly cold, but our hearts were warmed by the smiles on their faces, the great meals and being with family. Here are a few of the pictures we took while down there.

Matthew is getting taller and has a great imagination, Allison is quite a beautiful little lady and Samantha is a joy and such a cutie.
We took a trip to the skating rink, a ranch, but mostly played in the yard or set off on an adventure to the local park. Time flew by and now we are back in Seattle. We stopped by Dupont last night to drop my sister off at home and saw my Mom and Dad and sisters and brother for the last time of 2001. My Mom fixed me a bowl of the best peppermint ice cream and Robyn had some of my Dad's blackberry pie. We then drove home just before midnight. We saw lots of *crazy* drivers speeding and racing on the freeway. We felt a bit frightened, but got home safely, crossing the freeway bridge just as midnight struck, the space needle firing off in the background.
